Tujemy is a platform for searching and booking tables at restaurants and rooms at partner hotels, available at tujemy.com. By using the service, you accept the terms below.
1. Service operator
The Tujemy service, available at tujemy.com, is run by AUTH LTD (no. 17296846), a company registered in England and Wales at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE (“Tujemy”, “we”).
2. Reservations
A table or room reservation is binding from the moment you receive confirmation in the app. Some venues confirm reservations automatically, others confirm them manually after receiving the request; until then the reservation has the status “pending”. The venue reserves the right to cancel a reservation for important reasons (ważne przyczyny), e.g. unforeseen events (zdarzenia losowe). If that happens, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Some venues require a deposit in order to confirm a reservation. The amount and how it is collected (online payment handled by Stripe) are shown before you book. The deposit is credited against your bill at the venue.
Refunding the deposit
You get the deposit back in full if you cancel within the free cancellation window shown on the venue's page (24 hours before the booking by default). After that, if you neither cancel nor turn up, the deposit is not refunded.
We also refund the deposit in full when the venue cancels, when the booking is cancelled by mutual agreement, and when it does not go ahead for reasons neither side is responsible for (an unforeseen event, for instance). Under art. 394 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code the parties may agree consequences other than the statutory ones, and we agree this: if the venue cancels you receive your full payment back rather than twice that sum. In return you have the free cancellation window described above.
3. Cancelling a reservation
You can cancel a booking yourself from your account, under “My bookings”, any time before it starts. If a deposit was taken, whether you get it back depends on when you cancel: see “Refunding the deposit” above.
4. Offers and coupons
Venues may issue offers and discounts, and you may claim one as a coupon. The discount is funded by the venue, not by Tujemy. How coupons are claimed, how long they last and how they are redeemed is set out in the promotion rules, which you accept at the moment you claim an offer.
5. User account
A Tujemy account is intended for guests making reservations. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for reservations made from your account.
6. Liability
Tujemy acts as an intermediary in the reservation process but is not liable for the quality of services provided directly by partner restaurants and hotels.
7. Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in our privacy policy, and the sharing of reservation data with partner venues is governed by our data processing agreement (DPA).
8. Changes to these terms
These terms carry a version number. When we change them, we will show you the new version and ask you to accept it at your next booking or when you claim an offer. Until you accept, the version you accepted earlier is the one that binds you.
If you do not agree with a new version, you do not have to accept it. You may stop using the service and delete your account, and bookings made earlier are settled under the version in force on the day they were made. We do not change the terms of a booking you already hold this way.
