These terms set out how Tujemy and a venue taking bookings through the platform work together. They cover the subscription, deposits and settlement.
The parties
Tujemy is operated by AUTH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17296846, with its registered office at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE. The venue is the business that created a Tujemy panel account and passed review.
What Tujemy is
We provide software: the venue page, the booking engine, the panel that runs the reservation book, and the tools for taking deposits. We are not a party to the contract between the guest and the venue, and we do not provide restaurant or hotel services.
The venue is responsible for the content of its page, for availability, for looking after guests and for honouring bookings.
Subscription
The subscription is billed monthly, separately for each venue: Starter 129 zł, Pro 249 zł, Business 449 zł. The Free plan requires no payment.
We take payment only after our team has approved the venue. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid for. The venue manages its card and invoices itself, from the panel.
Settlement through Stripe
Deposits are handled by Stripe. To take them, the venue opens a Stripe connected account through us and accepts the Stripe Connected Account Agreement directly with Stripe. Without that step, deposits cannot be taken.
The guest pays straight into the venue Stripe account. Tujemy never holds those funds at any point.
The deposit
The deposit is a zadatek within the meaning of art. 394 of the Polish Civil Code, and the agreement covering it is between the guest and the venue. Tujemy is not a party to it: we provide only the means to take, return and document it.
The venue sets the amount and the free cancellation window. Inside that window the deposit is returned in full. After it, and where the guest does not arrive, the deposit stays with the venue.
Tujemy commission
We take a 20% commission on every deposit that is paid. Stripe deducts it at the moment of payment, so it needs no separate transfer.
There is no additional commission on the subscription, and no commission at all on bookings without a deposit.
Refunds
When a deposit is refunded we return our commission with it. The venue does not pay for a booking that did not happen.
Stripe, however, does not return its payment processing fee. That cost, usually a few zloty on a typical deposit, falls on the venue. It is the only amount that does not come back on a refund.
Chargebacks
If a guest disputes a payment with their bank, Stripe debits the disputed amount and a dispute fee from the venue account before the case is decided. We flag every such event in the panel, because the window for submitting evidence is limited. The response is prepared by the venue.
Payouts
Funds are paid out by Stripe, to the bank account the venue nominated and on the schedule set in Stripe. Tujemy does not sit in the middle of payouts and has no influence over their timing.
What the venue undertakes
The venue provides accurate registration details, keeps its opening hours and availability current, answers booking requests within a reasonable time, and honours confirmed bookings. A deposit secures a booking and may not be charged for any other purpose.
Ending the arrangement
Either side may end the arrangement. The venue cancels its subscription in the panel, effective at the end of the period already paid for. We may suspend or remove a venue that breaches these terms, misleads guests, or fails to honour confirmed bookings. Settlement of deposits taken before the end remains in force.
Personal data
We process guest data as a processor, on the venue instructions. The terms are set out in the data processing agreement.
