§ 1. General provisions
- 1.These rules (the “Promotion Rules”) set out how Offers and coupons are made available, claimed and redeemed in the Tujemy service (the “Service”) operated by AUTH LTD (the “Provider”).
- 2.Capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Tujemy Terms of Service, which apply to any matter not covered by the Promotion Rules.
- 3.The Guest accepts the Promotion Rules when claiming an Offer. The Promotion Rules are available in the Service before an Offer is claimed and at any time afterwards.
- 4.The Polish version of the Promotion Rules is binding. The English version is a courtesy translation.
§ 2. Who runs an Offer
- 1.An Offer is prepared and funded by the Venue, which runs it. The Provider supplies the tools for publishing Offers, keeps the register of coupons and enables them to be redeemed, but is not a party to the Offer and does not bear the value of the discount.
- 2.The Provider may review an Offer before it is published and refuse to publish it if the Offer breaches the law or the Tujemy Terms of Service or is misleading.
- 3.An Offer may not concern alcoholic beverages.
- 4.Claiming an Offer and using a coupon are free of charge.
§ 3. Coupon
- 1.Claiming an Offer creates a coupon assigned to the Guest’s Account. The coupon is shown to the Venue’s staff when paying the bill, and the staff mark it as used in the Service.
- 2.A coupon:
- 1)can be used once;
- 2)cannot be bought or exchanged for cash or any other monetary value, and has no value outside the bill at the Venue it relates to;
- 3)is assigned to the Account and cannot be transferred to another person;
- 4)cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts of the Venue, unless the terms of the Offer say otherwise.
§ 4. Validity and limits
- 1.An Offer specifies its end date, the days and hours in which it can be used and its redemption limit. The Service displays these terms before the Offer is claimed, and they do not change once it has been claimed.
- 2.Once the end date has passed or the limit has been reached, the coupon is no longer valid. If the limit is reached before the Offer is claimed, no coupon is created and the Service tells the Guest so.
§ 5. Ending and suspending an Offer
- 1.A Venue may end an Offer before its end date. The Provider may suspend an Offer if it breaches the law or the Tujemy Terms of Service or is misleading. An Offer that has been ended or suspended is no longer shown in the Service and cannot be claimed.
- 2.A coupon claimed before an Offer was ended or suspended remains valid until the end of its validity period. A coupon obtained in breach of the Promotion Rules, in particular by getting around the limit, may be voided, and the Provider informs the Guest of this and gives the reasons.
§ 6. Complaints
- 1.
- 2.The Provider checks the coupon’s status and redemption history, passes the matter to the Venue and replies within 14 days of receiving the complaint. The Venue is responsible for honouring the coupon.
- 3.§ 13 of the Tujemy Terms of Service also applies to complaints.
§ 7. Personal data
- 1.To issue and redeem a coupon, the Provider processes Account data, information about Bookings at the Venue concerned and the coupon data. How the data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
- 2.Offers from Venues the Guest has visited are shown in the Account and in the application. Push notifications and emails about Offers are sent only with the Guest’s consent, given separately for each channel and capable of being withdrawn at any time in the Account settings. The Guest may also mute Offers from a particular Venue or all Offers.
§ 8. Changes to the Promotion Rules
- 1.Each version of the Promotion Rules is identified by its version date. A new version binds the Guest from the moment the Guest accepts it when claiming the next Offer. Coupons claimed earlier are governed by the version in force when they were claimed.
- 2.This version of the Promotion Rules applies from 17 September 2026.
